Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Downloadable software products

Gift cards

Opened or used kits

Health and personal care items

Customized educational materials

Items marked as final sale
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

Books with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@edustream.ae and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

If returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
