What a complete implementation can include
Projects are scoped around the school’s requirements, so no two are identical. Depending on what a school already has and what it wants to achieve, an implementation can include:
- a needs assessment with the school’s leadership and teaching teams
- lab concept and resource planning
- educational technology and equipment
- storage, work areas and supporting infrastructure
- curriculum and lesson resources

The value is in how these connect. Equipment without curriculum tends to sit unused; curriculum without teacher training rarely survives the term. We plan them as one implementation.

A lab is one part of a school’s provision. The rest is what happens inside it — the curriculum, the teachers’ confidence, and what students do with the learning.
Curriculum and year-long programmes
Programmes can include scope and sequence, lesson plans, teacher guides, learner resources, assessment and rubrics, practical missions and LMS access — so the environment is supported by structured learning rather than ad-hoc activities.
Teacher training and professional development
Training can cover platform and product use, curriculum implementation, coding and robotics pedagogy, STEAM project-based learning, AI literacy and responsible AI, design thinking and makerspace safety — from initial onboarding through to sustained professional development.
Student engagement and competitions
Learning lands when students build something real. Workshops, camps and enrichment sessions extend classroom work, and our competition ecosystem gives students a reason to keep going — including STEAM Champions, an EduStream initiative.
LMS and digital learning
Structured online courses, grade-banded pathways, videos, teacher resources and digital progress tracking support what happens in the room — part of the implementation, not a separate product.
Educational products and classroom technology
Robotics kits, microcontrollers, AI and IoT resources, drones, 3D printers, fabrication equipment and Design Technology resources are available individually — and are chosen to fit the school’s curriculum and setup, not the other way round.

Implementation, support and after-sales
Schools need a partner who is still there after installation. Depending on the project, our support can include consultation and demonstrations, installation and configuration, teacher training, technical documentation, troubleshooting, warranty coordination, spare-parts support where applicable, after-sales service, and ongoing programme and curriculum support.
