Implementation & Support

Education implementation and support for UAE schools.

EduStream works with schools as an education implementation partner rather than only a supplier of equipment. Depending on the requirements agreed with the school, a project can bring together consultation and needs assessment, solution and lab design, curriculum and programme planning, supply of educational technology, installation, teacher training, student programmes, LMS and digital resources, technical support, warranty coordination and after-sales service.

Who it’s for

Request a Proposal

Built around the people who have to make it work.

Implementation support is planned around the people inside a school who approve, deliver and sustain a new learning environment or programme.

School owners and governing boards

Groups approving investment in learning environments, programmes and teacher capability.

SL

Principals and senior leadership

Leaders accountable for how a new environment or programme fits the school’s wider academic plan.

HI

Heads of Innovation, STEAM, ICT and Design Technology

Subject leaders who will own the space, the resources and the learning that happens in it.

CL

Curriculum leaders and academic coordinators

Colleagues connecting a new environment to schemes of work, timetabling and assessment.

PO

Procurement and operations teams

Teams managing specification, purchasing, installation access and site logistics.

TC

Teachers, coaches and facilitators

The people delivering lessons, clubs and programmes once a space or programme is live.

EduStream also works with government and education institutions, and with CSR and strategic partners, on sponsored and institutional programmes.

The problem

GB

What implementation support is there to solve.

Technology on its own rarely changes how a subject is taught. The gap is usually between what a school has bought and what teachers and students can do with it.

Equipment without a plan

Technology purchased without an agreed plan for how it will be used in lessons.

Spaces that are hard to run

Learning spaces that are difficult for teachers to operate day to day.

Curriculum not connected

Curriculum, resources and assessment not linked to the technology in the room.

Teachers not prepared

Teacher confidence not built before a new lab or programme goes live.

No clear support route

No defined route to technical assistance, warranty coordination or spare parts after handover.

Engagement running separately

Student engagement activities running separately from classroom learning.

EduStream’s role is to connect equipment, environment design, curriculum, teacher capability, student engagement and local support, rather than supplying these as disconnected parts.

What we provide

What EduStream provides.

The scope of any engagement is agreed with the school. A project can include some or all of the following.

Educational consultation and needs assessment

Discussion of goals, current provision, age groups, available space and priorities before anything is recommended.

LD

Solution and lab design

Concept and resource planning for the environment, including work areas, storage and supporting infrastructure.

CP

Curriculum and programme planning

Scope and sequence, lesson plans, teacher guides, learner resources, assessment and rubrics.

ET

Supply of educational technology and resources

Educational technology, equipment and classroom resources specified for the agreed scope.

IN

Installation and implementation

Delivery, installation and configuration of what has been specified in the project.

TT

Teacher training and professional development

Preparation for the teachers and coaches who will deliver the programme or run the space.

SP

Student workshops, programmes and competitions

Workshops, enrichment, year-long programmes and competition participation where these are included in scope.

LM

LMS and digital resource support

Structured online courses, learning pathways, teacher resources and digital progress tracking.

AS

Technical support and after-sales service

Troubleshooting, technical documentation, warranty coordination and continuing support after handover.

Planning and deployment

EC

How a project moves from discovery to handover.

Not every project includes every stage. The sequence below reflects how EduStream works through a school engagement, shaped around the school’s requirements and the agreed scope.

Discovery and needs assessment

Understanding goals, current provision, age groups, available space and priorities.

02

Educational and technical recommendation

Advising on a suitable approach for the school’s context rather than a standard package.

03

Proposal and solution design

Documenting scope, layout consideration, resource selection and implementation timelines.

04

Supply and installation

Delivering, installing and configuring the equipment and resources in the agreed scope.

05

Teacher training and handover

Preparing teachers and completing technical handover before the space or programme goes live.

Curriculum and programme delivery support, student engagement and competitions, technical and after-sales support, and later review and expansion continue after handover and are described below.

What is included

01

Academic and technical support.

Support runs on two fronts: the teaching and learning side, and the technical side of the environment itself.

Academic support

Support for the people delivering the learning, where included in the agreed scope.

TS

  • Curriculum and programme delivery support
  • Lesson plans, teacher guides and learner resources
  • Assessment, rubrics and Engineering Notebook outputs
  • LMS access and structured learning pathways
  • Practical missions and project resources
  • Continuing professional development where agreed

Technical support

Support for the equipment, platforms and infrastructure in the environment.

Service levels, warranty terms and spare-parts availability are set out in the project agreement for each school. No standard response times or warranty promises are published on this page.

Training and handover

  • Consultation and demonstrations
  • Installation and configuration
  • Technical documentation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Warranty coordination
  • Spare-parts support where applicable
  • After-sales service

AC

Training, handover and after-sales support.

Handover is usually the point at which the long-term success of a project is decided.

Teacher training before go-live

Training can cover product and platform use, curriculum implementation, coding and robotics pedagogy, STEAM project-based learning, AI literacy and responsible AI, design thinking, makerspace safety and competition coaching.

02

Technical handover

Handover can include configuration, technical documentation and a walkthrough of the day-to-day operation of the equipment and the space.

03

After-sales support

Continuing support can include troubleshooting, warranty coordination, spare-parts support where applicable and further professional development.

One-off technical training and sustained professional development are treated as different things. Which of them applies is agreed as part of the project scope.

Why it matters

01

Educational and operational value for schools.

The aim is a learning environment or programme that teachers can run, students can use and the school can sustain.

One connected implementation

Equipment, environment design, curriculum, training, programmes and support planned together instead of separately.

TR

Teacher readiness

Teachers prepared before a space or programme goes live, with resources they can use in lessons.

UA

Local UAE support

Demonstrations, implementation, training, warranty assistance and after-sales service available in the UAE.

NB

Choice based on educational need

Solutions recommended on educational need, age band, curriculum and school context rather than a single product brand.

SE

Learning linked to engagement

Classroom learning connected to workshops, competitions and innovation challenges where a school wants that pathway.

PL

Planning that fits school realities

Planning that takes account of procurement steps, teacher readiness, available space and the academic calendar.

IM

Discuss an implementation with EduStream.

Tell us what your school is trying to achieve, the age groups involved and the space you have. EduStream can then set out a suitable approach, scope and next step.
